RETURNS

All products sold by KittyPink Ltd are covered by the distance selling laws with-in the UK and you have the right to return any goods with-in 7 days of delivery for a no quibble refund.

Please note all returns must be approved before sending.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you need to return an item please contact us to confirm return address and details. If you are returning an item in the first instance the return cost will be your responsibility and we would ask that if possible you use a service that includes a form of tracking or signed for on receipt. If you are returning a faulty item and we can confirm the item is faulty we will reimburse the return cost.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be made before dispatch. If you need to cancel an order that has been paid for, please contact us ASAP to check that the order has not been dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, please follow the returns procedure above
